I really hate windows, today while tiring to get work done, I had to contend with 4 blue screen of death from XP, and then when that stopped, I find that Visual C++ crashes every time I try to compile something. I tried to compile other things and it continues to crash, I even tried[…]

I have had a lot of my friends say that I need to get a new TV since the quality of the picture on my TV was not all that great, there was always some snow on the picture no mater what the source of the signal was. And today I picked up a converter[…]

I called Comcast today because I was wondering how much it would cost me if I wanted a DVR from them, I had looked at the TiVo to see how much it was, and how much I would have to save up for it and the monthly cost. Well I was under the impression that[…]

I went to use my cable to connect my VX-5 to my computer, I wanted to do some programming of the memory channels, and found that cable had been severed so either I can program the whole radio by hand or I can spend the money and get a new cable, I am leaning to[…]

They say that in the next 5 years that the internet might die because of spam, well I am starting to think it might be sooner, I am getting so tired of all the spam, this last weekend I got well over 100+ spam messages all about some fake stock about to move, I guess[…]

I just looked at my log files, and found that people are finding my site from google with search terms that hit my web site for an entry that I put in just the day before. It is cool that google indexes my site almost once a day.

There are some people out there that want cleaned up versions of movies that are out there (I am not one of those people, but maybe I would be if I had kids) and Hollywood is upset that parents now have technology that can make sure that the objectionable stuff in movies and TV shows.[…]

I just saw a commercial on TV for windows. And from what they commercial said I am sure the people that worked on it was thinking of Linux when they made it. Why do I say this? Well one of the older FUD’s from MS is, “Linux is nice but there is no software for[…]

I spent the night doing a lot of coding, some great code, if I say so myself. But my code is dependent on 3 Libraries, one written by me, and 2 others by other people. I include the headers for the first library, all is fine, and works well, I include the next library, and[…]

Well it came out in some newspaper that Bush uses an iPod. In my option a non-story, who cares what music play the President uses. Yet I seen a lot of liberals on-line today say that 1) the iPod is not cool anymore 2) they will not use an iPod since Bush uses one. Come[…]

Backup DNA

I found this post on Backup DNA on another blog. Would it not be cool if humans did have this same backup DNA built in. If humans did, maybe we could find a way to cause the backup to be brought forth. This probably would have to be done very early in a womans pregnancy.[…]
