I fiannly got the attena tuner today, and have set it up. Now here are some pics of my setup.
First here is my setup where I sit to operate the radio. You can see the ham computer I have setup, the ham radio and the tuner, and my late mothers old shortwave radio (a Lafayette, HA-63, I have it hooked up to a mag loop attena for short wave listening)
Here is the Yaesu FT-710 with the LDG Z-100A auto attena tuner
This is how I run the coax for the attena outside, I have some pipe insulation around the door where it closes so I can have the coax go outside but not let the cold air into the apartment. Also to help keep the seal tight (and security higher) I have a security bar that blocks the opening of the sliding glass door (also I have security a camra pointed at the parking lot, and 2 pointed to the back door from 2 diff angels, and a glass break senser that is connected to a ring security system, all are streamed to the cloud when any event happens)
And finally here is the setup for the attena I have I built a temperary portable attena mast, and I have hooked up 2 ham sticks to be a dipole (in this picture I have 2 40m attenas setup) Also in the picture you can see a blue car with 2 attena’s on it. that is my car, the attena on the driver side is a Yaesu ATAS 120-A hooked up to a Yaesu FT-891 for HF work, and then on the passanger side I have a diamond attena hooked up to a Icom 2100H for 2M work
