I have for over a decade missed riding my bike, this summer is the summer I am going to get back on the bike. I walked my bike down to the corner bike shop to get it tuned up, I really needs it as the last time I used it was back in 2014. I also picked up new shoes as I have clipless pettels on the bike and lost my old shoes, and a new helmet as my old one is probably well past it usable life, as I got it back when I first got into biking back in 2003. I should have my bike back by the 6th. I just have to be more careful then before being I am nearing 50 (only a few months away) and the Baltimore area is very unfrendly to bikers. I am thinking I will not be able to just hop on my bike on the roads around here, I will need to pick up something to transport my bike with my on my car, as York road probably would be a death trap on my bike.
