		<description>It was not I that was rude, it was the techs that were unknowable, and when I finally canceled it was the guy that I got that was rude, He asked why I canceled, I said because I was not getting any internet connection from 6pm to 8pm, he then said it was my fault and that I did not understand computers, when  I said that I did understand computers and that I was a Programmer and hold a BS in Computer Science, he responded with don&#039;t make things up and that I was just a moron.
